Stipa offneri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Mediterania barat dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Stipa offneri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Maurice A. F. Breistroffer pada tahun 1950.
