Stipulicida setacea merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pineland scalypink. Nama ilmiah Stipulicida setacea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama André Michaux pada tahun 1803.
