Stirtonanthus chrysanthus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Stirtonanthus chrysanthus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Stephen Adamson pada tahun 1995.
