Streptanthus barbatus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Brassicaceae (suku sawi-sawian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pacific jewelflower. Nama ilmiah Streptanthus barbatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sereno Watson pada tahun 1890.
