Strobilanthes nobilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga China (Yunnan) dan Indo-China utara. Nama ilmiah Strobilanthes nobilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1884.
