Strychnos mellodora merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Loganiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania hingga Zimbabwe timur. Nama ilmiah Strychnos mellodora diperkenalkan oleh Spencer Le Marchant Moore pada tahun 1911.
