Symphoricarpos acutus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan sharpleaf snowberry. Nama ilmiah Symphoricarpos acutus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 1888.
