Symphyotrichum fendleri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Amerika Serikat bagian barat-tengah dan tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fendler's aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum fendleri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Asa Gray pada tahun 1995.
