Symphyotrichum kentuckiense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kentucky selatan hingga Georgia barat laut. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum kentuckiense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 2021.
