HAIRY WHITE OLDFIELD Symphyotrichumpilosum (Willd.) G.L.Nesom
Symphyotrichum pilosum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada bagian timur hingga Amerika Serikat bagian utara-tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hairy white oldfield aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum pilosum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1995.
