SMOOTH WHITE OLDFIEL Symphyotrichumracemosum (Elliott) G.L.Nesom
Symphyotrichum racemosum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada bagian timur hingga Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan smooth white oldfield aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum racemosum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Stephen Elliott pada tahun 1995.
