WESTERN SILVER ASTER Symphyotrichumsericeum (Vent.) G.L.Nesom
Symphyotrichum sericeum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Kanada bagian tengah dan timur hingga Amerika Serikat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan western silver aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum sericeum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Étienne Pierre Ventenat pada tahun 1995.
