Symphyotrichum spathulatum var. yosemitanum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Oregon hingga California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan western bog aster. Nama ilmiah Symphyotrichum spathulatum var. yosemitanum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 1995.
