Symplocos elegans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Symplocaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sri Lanka tengah. Nama ilmiah Symplocos elegans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Henry Kendrick Thwaites pada tahun 1860.
