Symplocos filipes merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Symplocaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Mindoro). Nama ilmiah Symplocos filipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hans Peter Nooteboom pada tahun 1975.
