Symplocos scabra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Symplocaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Symplocos scabra diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama James Francis Macbride pada tahun 1930.
