Symplocos ulei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Symplocaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Meta), Venezuela (Bolívar). Nama ilmiah Symplocos ulei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Brand pada tahun 1914.
