Syngonanthus discretifolius merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh pada genangan air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Pará). Nama ilmiah Syngonanthus discretifolius pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 2015.
