Tabernaemontana macrocalyx merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Tabernaemontana macrocalyx diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1860.
