Tachia loretensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Gentianaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru utara. Nama ilmiah Tachia loretensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bassett Maguire pada tahun 1975.
