Tagetes elliptica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Peru. Nama ilmiah Tagetes elliptica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis James Edward Smith pada tahun 1813.
