Tapura cubensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Dichapetalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba, Panama. Nama ilmiah Tapura cubensis diperkenalkan oleh Eduard Friedrich Poeppig pada tahun 1866.
