Tarasa nototrichoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia barat. Nama ilmiah Tarasa nototrichoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bénédict Pierre Georges Hochreutiner pada tahun 1979.
