Taraxacum alacre merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Prancis. Nama ilmiah Taraxacum alacre diperkenalkan oleh Johannes Leendert van Soest pada tahun 1975.
