Taraxacum austrotibetanum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tibet selatan. Nama ilmiah Taraxacum austrotibetanum diperkenalkan oleh Jan Kirschner pada tahun 2011.
