Taxus globosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Taxaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Honduras. Nama ilmiah Taxus globosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Diederich Franz Leonhard von Schlechtendal pada tahun 1838.
