Tectaria ebenina merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Yunnan, Guizhou) hingga Vietnam Utara. Nama ilmiah Tectaria ebenina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Christensen pada tahun 1931.
