Tephrocactus weberi merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (Salta). Nama ilmiah Tephrocactus weberi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi (Carlos Luis) Spegazzini pada tahun 1936.
