Ternstroemia wallichiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Pentaphylacaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bangladesh, Malaya, hingga Kepulauan Nusa Tenggara (Flores). Nama ilmiah Ternstroemia wallichiana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Griffith pada tahun 1897.
