Tetranema megaphyllum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Chiapas). Nama ilmiah Tetranema megaphyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1972.
