Tetrapogon tenellus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eritrea, Afrika Selatan, Jazirah Arab, hingga anak benua India.
