Thelocactus bicolor subsp. heterochromus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Thelocactus bicolor subsp. heterochromus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frédéric Albert Constantin Weber pada tahun 2000.
