Thelypteris alata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris alata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Clyde Franklin Reed pada tahun 1968.
