Thelypteris australis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Eric Holttum pada tahun 2018.
