Thelypteris brausei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Amerika Selatan bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris brausei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Hans Emmo Wolfgang Hieronymus pada tahun 1958.
