Thelypteris exuta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris exuta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alan Reid Smith pada tahun 1983.
