Thelypteris lancea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Paraguay timur laut. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris lancea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alan Reid Smith pada tahun 1992.
