Thelypteris mexiae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Thelypteris mexiae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Christensen pada tahun 1941.
