Thelypteris neglecta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Thelypteris neglecta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander Curt Brade pada tahun 1941.
