Thelypteris pennellii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia hingga Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris pennellii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alan Reid Smith pada tahun 1980.
