Thelypteris prenticei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Solomon (New Georgia), Fiji (Viti Levu, Taveuni). Nama ilmiah Thelypteris prenticei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Carruthers pada tahun 1955.
