Thelypteris ptarmica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aspleniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Thelypteris ptarmica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Gustav Kunze pada tahun 1968.
