Theobroma hylaeum Cuatrec.

Theobroma hylaeum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Panama hingga Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Theobroma hylaeum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis José Cuatrecasas pada tahun 1964.
