Thesium confine merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Santalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Lesotho. Nama ilmiah Thesium confine diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Otto Wilhelm Sonder pada tahun 1857.
