Thomasia discolor merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia Barat bagian barat daya. Nama ilmiah Thomasia discolor diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernst Gottlieb von Steudel pada tahun 1845.
