Thottea dinghoui merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India (Kerala). Nama ilmiah Thottea dinghoui pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1983.
