Thottea macrantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra Utara. Nama ilmiah Thottea macrantha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jacob Gijsbert Boerlage pada tahun 1981.
