Thottea rhizantha merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra, Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Thottea rhizantha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Odoardo Beccari pada tahun 1870.
