Thunbergia hamata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Thunbergia hamata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Lindau pada tahun 1894.
