Thymelaea ruizii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Spanyol utara. Nama ilmiah Thymelaea ruizii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1880.
